Are your consultations in person?
Our intial consultation is free. Depending on your location & your preference we can do a phone, in person or zoom meeting. All initial consultations are free of charge regardless of how we initially meet. If we need to consultant after an intial meeting there will be a $45.00 an hour charge, regardless if it is a phone, in person or zoom meeting.
How much do your services cost?
The amount can vary depending on the scope of your project. For a one-time project, we will provide a quote after our free initial consultation. If you decide to use our services ongoing, we offer packages, or a membership options.
What forms of payment do you take?
You can pay us through our website with credit, or your debit account. We also accept checks, cash, and PayPal.
Are You Insured?
Yes our business holds several types of business insurances as well as a certification of good standing with the State of Michigan. We are happy to provide proof of insurance & certification upon request
Are there any contracts I need to sign?
We have various legal agreements available depending on the project that ensure a secure working relationship with our clients. We take our clients’ privacy very seriously and have contract agreements for those situations that are available.
Do I need to hire your company full-time?
No. You can hire us for an hour or for a one-time project or retain us for ongoing services. We like to tailor our services to what works best for our clients’ needs.
